A flat rate of $9.99 will be charged as standard shipping on all orders less than $75 (before taxes). Shipping is free for orders over $75, pre-tax.
Standard shipping may take up to 7 business days.
Confirmation and Notice
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, including your order number and shipping address.
Orders can take 2-4 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on the merchandise total. Taxes are calculated according to the ship-to destination
We currently ship to physical U.S. addresses including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses, US Territories, or anywhere outside of the USA.
The Helm accepts returns of unopened/unused products in sellable condition. Products must be returned with all original tags attached, in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated and mailed back by the customer within 14 days of delivery date.
Any sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

How to initiate a return
Please email email@example.com to initiate your return. Please include in the email your order number, which product you wish to return, and the original email address you used to place the order.
The Helm will provide a pre-paid return label for you to use and deduct $9.99 from the total refund amount.
You will be refunded for the price of the product plus any applicable taxes within 7-10 business days of receipt of the items, as long as the returns are in sellable condition.
Please note that we do not accept returns of any personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description, unless they are faulty. All gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed under product details on the product page.

We do not currently accept exchanges. If you would like to transact an exchange, please return the item per the above process, and reorder.
If an item is damaged or otherwise faulty upon delivery, please reach out to our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to ensure that we can get you the proper replacement.
